Apart from a few exceptions, Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) require formal consent before any work can be carried out on trees protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or located within a Conservation Area.

Option 1: Site visit and advice — allowing you to submit the application to the LPA yourself.

Option 2: Site visit, advice and application submission — the most common service provided, typically without the need for a supporting report.

Options 3: Site visit, report preparation and application submission — usually required where tree-related building damage has occurred.
